What is Finelines?

Finelines is an online stationery collection store. We find the most stylish, useful writing and making tools to improve and inspire your daily life. We create set of products by hand picking the best bits from different stationery designers around the world and offering them to you in beautiful collections.  


Are you based in Spain?

Unfortunately not! We are based in London, but could not resist the finelin.es website address :-)


What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

We hope that you will love your purchase from Finelines, but if you do change your mind you can return the purchase within 28 days of us sending it to you. See more details on returns below.

Returns

When can I return my purchase?

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since we have sent out your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Are there things that cannot be returned?

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

* Book with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


How do I return a purchase?

Please email info@finelin.es for information on how to return your purchase.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


What if my refund is late or missing?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@finelin.es.


Can I return sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


What if my items are defective or damaged?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@finelin.es.

If the shipping packaging is damaged but the products inside are fine we will not offer a refund or exchange.

How will I know when my purchase will be shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email when you make your purchase. We aim to post your purchase the following working day, you will receive an email once your order has been posted.


How long will my purchase take to get to me?

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary.

We use Royal Mail to post your order, your parcel will be tracked and should arrive within 48 hours.
